 Draft Oracle Contract & agreements based on Oracle Templates specific to Oracle line of business. Ensure prepared documents are in compliance with Oracle guidelines and policies (including Oracle’s business practices, pricing, licensing and revenue recognition principles) in order to mitigate Oracle's risk. Review Partner or Customer Master Agreement to ensure validity for the current transaction and meets define Oracle standards. In accordance with pre-defined guidelines, engage with internal business partners to provide clarification on non-standard contract terms. This includes providing interpretation of terms already included in drafted documents as well as providing advice on non-standard terms prior to the finalization of a document.  Receive and Review customer-executed documents, route for appropriate internal signature and submit for Order Processing or Project Funding.

 Preparing RFP package and ensuring all the approvals are in place. Understand the requirement, identify suitable vendors, creating and rolling out RFP to selected suppliers. Conducting negotiation with the vendors to achieve the best price.  Consolidating the responses and preparing a preliminary report for the client to review. Recommending the user on the supplier selection based on the price and technical evaluation. Prepare process documents to have 100% accuracy and quality. Working on Continues Improvement plans to reduce the retrospective request. Ensure process documents and issue logs are documented as per agreed version control standards. Creating and rolling out RFPs to the vendor, consolidating the responses, preparing bid summary and sending it to the end user for review. Renegotiating price with the vendor and making better savings to client.
