How to host a successful event even when you have an inexperienced team. As assistant head I assisted my team leader in all major areas of "Student of the year Event". Be it developing action plans, preparing and presenting PPTs infront of senior dignitaries or traning my coordinators for upcoming challenges. we hosted public of over 200 plus.
