There are many ups/downs and often we're going in circles, but a positive outlook and hard work can make anything happen.3. Customer Champion: As a boot strap, grassroots company spreading the word one demo at a time is key. We know we have a great product. We need to let everyone else know while staying humble along the way. Relationships are like family- they make us who we are.4. Organizer Extraordinaire: Whether it’s sorting out an office move for our growing team or coordinating team building with our guys across the pond, staying on top of it all is key.
