I am a former educator with a strong background in hospitality management. I am using my education and hospitality background working as part of the Client Success team at Inn-Flow. For 13 and a half years I was a Career and Technical Education teacher. I taught students from diverse backgrounds and learning styles. Some of my strengths include creating and implementing engaging curriculum, communicating concepts in a clear and concise manner, and cultivating a culture of collaboration. Data collection and analysis was an important part of my work as an educator.Prior to becoming a teacher, I was an assistant hotel manager with a wide range of job duties including ensuring guest satisfaction, budgeting, bookkeeping and event planning. I have collaborated with different hotel departments and trained staff. I led a team of 45 employees.I am interested in finding a new role that blends my education and experience in management and teaching.
