• Financial analysis of large and medium corporates.• In depth analysis of the credit worthiness of the rated entity which include; detailed rationale covering strengths, weaknesses and key rating sensitivities. • Analysis of financial statements (past and projected), financial ratios and liquidity position of the company.• Interacting with top management and site visits to understand the nature of their business, operations and the risk factors associated with them.• Conducting peer comparison of the rated company.• Preparing and publishing of rating rationale and press release for the rating action which are hosted on CARE’s website• Quarterly review and annual surveillance of the rated companies.• Keeping track of changes in the respective sectors and analysing the impact of the same on clients.• Adhering to standard operating procedure & time line and maintaining various documents as per the regulatory requirements.• Performing due diligence (banker and auditor interaction).
