• Handle complaints related to rejections, shortages, and excesses from the warehouse, and coordinate with suppliers for resolution
• Urge suppliers to expedite material shipments in cases of urgent orders

• Contacting vendors to inquire about availability, product conditions, and delivery schedules, as well as negotiating product prices and shipping costs
• Creating a purchase order for upcoming raw materials, including product type, quantity, price, and arrival time, within the ERP system (Odoo)
• Informing the Logistics, Inventory, Production, Quality Control, and Marketing Department about the arrival of raw materials
• Responsible for creating Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Purchase Order (PO) from vendors
• Reviewing and forwarding upcoming raw materials invoice files approved by the inventory department to the finance team, and responsible for inputting the invoice into Aspire to process bill payments
• Responsible for developing and maintaining procurement master data to support accurate data analysis
