•In in charge of teams ranging from 6-8 people, train new incoming usher staff on proper policies and procedures.•Solve any problems regular usher staff cannot•Deescalate hostile situations and offer solutions to ensure patron satisfaction•Prevent problems from arising during showtime

• Provide exceptional customer service for all that arrive, being able to guide patrons in and around the building effortlessly, and providing extra support if needed, such as to those that have mobility constraints or those that are confused about their location.• Help other co-workers who may be having a challenging time, such as providing clarifications for job duties as well as helping solve any disagreements amongst co-workers and providing any on-the-job support if necessary.• Solve any problems that arise with seating or technology problems, being able to quickly diagnose scanner issues and repair them, or create a separate system of logging attendance, as well as being able to reseat anywhere from 20-50 patrons in 30 minutes, working alongside ticket office and upper management.• Deescalate and mediate in hostile situations, where patrons may be aggressive towards oneself or others, and being able to mediate and find a solution quickly and quietly when possible.
