I am a digital engineer, strategist, and full stack developer with over 14 years of experience managing large-scale projects across a wide range of industries, from city governments to global e-commerce retail. I founded Dirango, an interactive digital agency that conceptualizes, designs, and develops comprehensive online solutions. Across the board - from startups to established businesses to government organizations - we craft unique, results-driven strategies to grow the online presence of our clients.I earned a degree in Engineering with high honors from California State University of Los Angeles, which launched me into a 6 year career as a Transportation Engineer for the LA County Department of Public Works. During that time, I designed over $150M worth of street improvement projects and urban development. While my systems-oriented brain was hard at work, my creativity was neglected. I decided to make a change.I founded Dirango with the goal of putting excellent creative minds in the same room as those who need their help; the walls between the client and designers and developers needed to come down. I felt that in order to create an online experience that sparked life into a brand or organization, the creative minds that were making it happen needed to literally hear the voice of their client.My leadership philosophy is based on humility; when we build teams with brilliant talent and the sharpest minds, it becomes very clear when to step aside and let the process guide itself.
