The Direct Energy Leadership Development Program caters to recent Graduates who demonstrate a passion for learning and look for an exciting yet, challenging, full time opportunity to surge their careers forward. Within the first week of joining the program you will work with the Graduate Program Team to identify your strengths, development areas, and areas of interest and with these individualized characteristics in mind, we will then work to strategically place you on rotations that suit your career goals.In addition to the practical experience gained through rotations, Graduates are also strongly encouraged to take training, obtain functional and business certifications, and read books or blogs that expand their knowledge of business, energy and technology. To develop their communication and networking skills program participants engage in speaking opportunities and community involvement activities, which foster the program’s philosophy of "Learn, Share, Grow".Direct Energy views career coaching and training as a strategic investment that provides invaluable employee development. Each Graduate receives regular feedback from both their Rotation Managers and the Graduate Program Team to ensure that each Graduate’s progress aligns with their rotation priorities and overall career path. As each Graduate moves forward through the program, they assume roles with increasing responsibility typically at an accelerated pace.Ultimately we want to create a culture of fulfillment, provide you with the path that works best with your goals and passions while balancing it with our business priorities.
