I produced a wide variety of interactive safety & training videos for linemen and engineers across the footprint we served in the southeast including Georgia Power, Alabama Power & Mississippi Power. The interactive training videos would allow an instructor to do the class or segment once. I would then go in and create chapter points where the user would have to answer question properly in order to advance. In 2019 I began developing VR (virtual reality) and 360 video immersive training experiences that remove the dangerous real world elements in the electric utility business and brings them into class room. The VR experiences work on a computer, laptop, tablet, iPad, phone or for subversive experience through a VR headset. As I created these experiences it became apparent that housing the data and making it private on a secure network was the next challenge. I developed a web site on an internal server that you could only access with your company credentials. I also developed an internal website that was hosted on an independent server with a custom URL. It allowed us to organize all this content we were creating and make it easier for instructors and students to access it.

Provided support to training instructors, subject matter experts and other stakeholders by developing and creating training material that excites, explains, engages, and entertains while educating.Using a variety of different types media including video, motion graphics, web, tutorials, explainer videos and promo web videos that are designed to accelerate and enhance employee development.I have an incredibly strong foundation in video production, cinematography, post production, motion graphics, video editing, animation and the management of each project.
