Responsible for all operational aspects of the HR function for over a 1000 staff and faculty. The university hosts over 5500 students.- Developed and implemented new online training and development initiatives to broaden our target audience and gain a better spend for our budget. - Gained ICDL Training & Testing Centre status- Developed and implemented more robust hiring and approval process- Audited and revised many policies and procedures.- Assisted university management with resolution of conflicts and disputes.

Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, Training and Development and Housing for a leading edge 320 bed hospital. Successfully managed and executed a cost reduction programme. Reorganized the HR department bring greater efficiencies and productivity, Initiated Customer Service training programme and Leadership programme. (Ward Size 40: Patient Ratio 1:8)Successfully recruited both medical and ancillary staff from Asia and Europe.Reduced clinical staff turnover through various initiatives through both monetary and life style initiatives. Was a key member of the JCIA Accreditation Team
