Integration Project Manager
For the German and French market, I am responsible for :- Technical delivery: the integration of our customers through"connector" projects that connect the customer's ERP to ourweb application. This involves assisting the ERP editor in thenecessary technical developments with documentation butalso in person. This includes maintaining the technicaldocumentation.- Customer delivery: managing the deployment of services atthe customer's site. This involves defining the needs,configuring and delivering the appropriate solution andmonitoring the quality of the services provided.Technical support for our software partners and customers.- This involves analyzing and fixing bugs in our connectors(API, SFTP), using and if necessary writing scripts in php orpython that can recover technical problems caused by bugs.
