The first versions have already been successfully tested in customer applications.By introducing additive manufacturing, artificial intelligence and machine learning, we were able to significantly improve product profitability, performance, quality and reliability.I successfully led my organisation through the pandemic, the spin-off from the ABB Group and into a successful IPO in 10/22 (SIX: ACLN, +200% by 12/24). I maintained the motivation and commitment of the employees with a low fluctuation rate and no accidents at work so far. Through optimising interventions, I was able to realise this change without significantly increasing staff.
