I supported countries’ own learning and training systems and institutions to allow the countries to build self-owned sustainable capacity, including regional and international networks. On regional integration I promoted regional reform entry level as regional entry level allows approaches and strategies that are inconceivable at country level, including the creation of cross-country networks of national institutions & organizations. I monitored & evaluated procurement documents and processes, I provided feedback and made proposals to improve/streamline procurement processes, I operated as a first line procurement helpdesk for the Executing Agencies and for colleague sector specialists and I developed project monitoring tools. I reviewed and managed bidders’ complaints; I facilitated procurement clinics and workshops. I undertook procurement capacity assessments of Executing Agencies.
