Responsible for efficiency control of the Barry Callebaut transport network within EMEA. Monitor the regional transport budget, support and challenge where required. Searching, analysing and managing synergies with transport for the region. Developing and implementing transport synergies across the business in line with regional strategies. Guiding the regional tender processes for both bulk and palletised transport. Managing the Barry Callebaut carrier programme, KPI's, centralised reporting, etc. Driving regional strategic projects, delivering and supporting key initiatives.

Provide zero defect liquid chocolate deliveries to European customers taking into account optimal balance between service and costs. Looking for opportunities to increase efficiency and cost reduction, responsible to deliver the budget and drive productivities. Motivate, coach and support transport team to ensure overall performance and achievement of business goals.

Release daily transport plan which provides perfect cost/service balance, complies with BC quality standards and meets customers' expectations. Leading team of 21 Barry Callebaut drivers.
