With over 30 years of experience in the IT and Security industry, I have consistently delivered innovative and efficient solutions in application development, application portfolio, and IT management, infrastructure and cloud services, information security management, particularly in the financial sector. As Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer, I am accountable for the overall IT strategy, security and operations.Previously, I served as the Benelux Director for the Cloud & Technology Services business unit at a European outsourcing company. In this role, I managed a team of 120+ employees and was accountable for delivering managed cloud and on-premises services for over 20 customers, including consulting, building reusable solutions, managed operations, Dev-Sec-Ops, Cloud services, and security. As Head of Security Operation Centre, I defined the security strategy for the e-Banking environment of two Belgian Banks and initiated the ISO27001 certification of the data center and SOC activities. As a Program Manager, I implemented an Information Security Management System (ISMS) for a top 5 Belgian bank as required by the National Bank.As IT-Manager, I defined the strategy and Information Security governance, managed the project portfolio, and ensured the smooth running and business continuity of the IT operations.
