Within this job role, I conducted interviews, screened applications, and made recommendations to recruit eligible staff member for new terminals. My duties comprised of conducting effective training sessions for new professionals, while administering and managing IT and Engineering departments. I was responsible for streamlining business operations with client goals. • Coordinate the development of the greenfield project MGC in Matadi,DRC• Strat training a new team in Madagascar Terminal with workers from DRC. Selecting and identified new Managers for the project.• Start the O&A of the process for new terminal to deploy the TOS, Navis N4• Give steering advice for terminal of MICTSL.• Create the basic SOP to be installed for Ops and other departments for DRC.• Oversee the cost aspect and equipment needs for new terminal.

 Upgrade the Terminal with a new Tos system, Navis N4  Upgrade the Terminal with a new Billing system under Navis  Upgrade Terminal Capacity from 200000 TEU to 400000 TEU, by an extension project  Upgrade terminal with DGPS system, Semi Auto container gate, and Lasstec weigh system. Increasing productivity while simultaneously reducing head count. Installed with the Team, ISO 9001-Iso 14001-ISO 28000. Reviewed the security and upgrade all to ISPS standards.
