About me personally: I've been working for more than 25 years as a leadership-, organizational health- & research consultant and as a trusted executive advisor to senior management. I continuously read up on a wide range of literature and studies so I can offer the best insights and advice. I regulary write blogs to share my views on leadership, innovation and giftedness. As a trusted advisor I help my clients:• find their authentic leadership style• become aware of their thought patterns• achieve goals by adopting new behaviours• gain clarity and confidence amidst uncertainty• make better decisions in complex situations• use their presence for systemic infuence In addition, I frequently act as event moderator, public speaker and teacher.
