Shortly after being introduced to an amazing team working at Telecom phonehouse. I found myself being drawn in by a new challenge, leaving my dedication to huawei behind. My task as a telecom sales advisor had alot of similarities with my previous activities as a Huawei shop in shop manager, however the increasing amount of knowledge available and the opurtunity to grow as a professional inspired me to take on this exciting new challenge.Next to the fact that i got the chance to represent a wide variety of brands that i could deepen into, I was also taught a new field of expertise. This consisted of setting up legal agreements and insurance contracts.The greatest development or could i say benefit, that came with this new position, must have been the chance to work with a very succesfull salesteam. As much as i had learned so far, I discovered there was so much more to learn from them. We challenged, we failed, and we throve. I learned to reflect on myself before, but here i got the chance to reflect on others and how others could reflect on me.I consider my time and experience here as valuable since i got the chance to make giant leaps in my development as a colleague, as a funtioning part of a team and as a sales professional.

With Huawei I got the opportunity to manage and run my own 'shop in shop'. Daily activities consisted of a wide variety of responsibilities and challenges. When I talk about responsibilities I talk about stock control, sales. customer experience, and presentation. Everyday I made sure I could welcome my customers in a clean store, pinpoint and clarify their needs, and find a suiting solution. Most importantly I ensured a perfect customer experience, resulting in frequent returning customers.As I mentioned before, a big part of my strength as a Huawei sales representative, consisted of facing challenges head on. In my experience, challenging myself keeps me sharp and engaged. Achieving succes and most importantly experiencing failure is an effective and efficiënt way to improve my own skill set and a strong motivator to exceed my own limitations. During this period of time, I got the chance to analyse and reflect on my own behaviour as a professional working independently. In a relative short period of time I found out alot about my personal focus area's and several different challenges that came with it. I acquired a clean and structural routine based schedule, which allows me to keep track on meetings, agreements and day to day tasks.
