Exits Programme Manager
Current* Managing a Group-wide review of bank initiated customer exits to identify limitations and recommend improvements. This included defining a methodology for performing the review, and reviewing c. 700 documents and coordinating 45 subject matter experts’ efforts. An independent third party validated the recommendations relating to policies, standards, risk appetite statements and customer communications. * 320 recommendations were identified and confirmed through governance as appropriate to proceed with to enhance the Group’s exits framework, improve consistency, and support evidencing good customer outcomes. * Programme managing the implementation of recommendations on a risk-prioritised basis.
