- Focus on building and maintaining relationships with all strategic accounts for after sales related activities.
- The Point of Contact between the customers and the after sales activities which are executed by CSi, or one of the selected CSi Entrepreneurial Local Service Partners.
- The linking pin between the CSi Palletising project organization and the start of the after sales lifecycle.
- Manage the CSi lifecycle frontoffice team in business processes and operations, and participating in the department’s management team.
