Later on digitize all the financial- and systemdata for report purposes.In 2006 the company developed a new pension\retirement system for there personnel. Through practical activities during the negotiations with employee delegation, board of directors and insurance company received skills and also by Master Class education.Also in 2006 the new health insurance was introduced in the Netherlands. The Kuiken company arranged a collective contract for there personnel. Contract controll and administration is unter my supervision.As a Payroll Professional I am advising the Company, Director, HR manager on matters of Tax-system, Pensioncosts. And responsible for Tax-Statements.
