I am an experienced multi-disciplinary Data Science Manager and Data Science Lead, Innovation Manager, Futurist and Strategist. I am also a published peer-reviewed Researcher.My focus is to build, grow and guide teams of deeply skilled individuals to productively deliver on innovative, disruptive, and strategic Data Science, machine learning, and AI mandates, currently in the connected vehicle and related risk industry.As part of my focus I also identify and initiate innovative and disruptive development and insight projects.To the above, I have successfully established, grew and continue to manage the large scale Cloud Enabled Data Science capability of Tracker. Under my management and research guidance, my teams and I have successfully delivered disruptive AI/ML products in different arena's of the organization and that of our partners and clients. We addressed many use cases by employing the latest in large scale geo-spatial ML/AI/intelligence, deep-learning and time-series analytics, ML and prediction capabilities.I thrive on diversity of thought, culture and skill sets. From this, I build bridges across divides of understanding and levels of decision making. I fluidly and creatively integrate deep knowledge from diverse sources, and utilize this gained systemic understanding to unlock innovation in a sustainable manner.Regardless of team size and hierarchical placement, quality of thought and sustainable shared actionable insight remain very important personal guiding principles.To support the above, I hold a Masters Degree in Futures Studies as well as an Honors Degree in Computer Science (Math & AI), both Cum Laude.
