Use extensive industry experience to advise, lead and support projects and teams in the technical analysis of large complex mission critical systems and defining systems solutions.As the VP of Systems Technology I also:* Provide recommendations and guidance in the design, development, implementation and management of products and solutions.* Research and recommend new emerging technologies, techniques and tools.* Assist with the application of emerging technologies to current customer environments.* Transfer knowledge to others and serves as a mentor/coach for selected specialty areas.* Understand customer requirements and advise on or manage the solution development for large, complex engagements.* Demonstrate expertise in integrating multiple diverse processes and systems within a single engagement.* Posses the ability to deliver ISO, ITIL, CMM Level III and SEI-CMM Level III requirements.* Contribute to creation of intellectual capital for the service line or practice.* Act as a leading authority on multiple service offerings and display a deep knowledge of all practices.* Manage strategic partnerships, customer relationships and expectations of the customer and work with staff at senior to executive levels. * Preparation and Joint- team leading of pre-sales opportunities, helping in describing customer requirements and defining the Gap Analysis between the company’s solution portfolio and those requirements.* Listen actively, critically, analytically and penetrate to the real issues.
