About Dirk De Cuyper

With a passion for food spanning over 30 years, I'm a classically European chef who has worked in a diverse range of kitchens around the world. After culinary training in Antwerp, I gained my experience in Michelin-star restaurants in Belgium before joining the private yachting industry. Following 14 years working on super yachts, I relocated to Miami where for over 12 years I owned and operated, Eten Catering, a catering and events business. The Eten brand was acquired by Bill Hansen Catering, a large, premier, Miami-based caterer.
