- Increased OpenGov’s operational excellence and improved collaboration between software engineering and SDETs to move from waterfall deployment to CI/CD- Led DevOps team to improve observability and performance to service 5x larger customers

- Built out the Consumer section for Spin into six distributed teams with 35 engineers and managers.- Led the team that developed Spin’s partner platform that allowed external partners Lyft and Google to offer Spin’s vehicles for rent, leading to a significant increase in revenue.- Prototyped and secured funding for Spin’s new Payments Service, leading to a reduction in time to market for payments part for new products from 2 months to just a few days of configuration.

Responsible for the consumer side of Spin software engineering. Managing engineering managers for Payment Experience, Mobility-as-a-Service, Rider Core, Rider Engagement and Compliance team. Managing the Payments Services team directly.

Managing Payments team and Mobility-as-a-Service team. Ad interim managed the IoT team. Liaison with Devops, making sure Devops and Software engineering are in sync. Drove migration from Heroku to AWS including database and application servers.

Lead the Platform team, with 15 engineers both in the USA and Europe. Worked on MDS, Payments, database scalability issues, Heroku configuration.

Worked on the Soulmates platform to connect social media influencers with brands. Built Ruby on Rails back end with React front end and RESTful API, integration with ElasticSearch and internal APIs.

Founded company and developed all software by myself. Created platform in Ruby on Rails that allowed clients and testers to interact. Developed SDK for interaction with native iOS apps. Consulted clients on their projects.

Was one of 2 senior engineers of 5 person team that developed first version of Fullbottle marketplace (Ruby on Rails on Heroku with PostgreSQL). Created direct video upload and transcoding software with AWS S3 and AWS Elastic Transcoder. Implemented Stripe payment integration.

Mentored students on final iOS project. Graded Objective-C or Swift homework of students coming from companies like Facebook, Instagram and Box.

Was part of 50 person team working on ad delivery platform developed in Ruby on Rails. Implemented device targeting and geo targeting based on country, city and DMA zones. Optimized response times. Developed from scratch attribution system via Adjust.io using AWS SNS/SQS.

After the acquisition of HelloInbox by Unified Inbox I became an advisor for the company, and helped in particular with developing the mobile strategie and the implementation of the mobile apps
