Resolve escalated items beyond business unit control. Act as the point of escalation to the client COO on key issues• Operational alignment- Provide overarching global governance framework to enhance locally delivered service and support solutions- Understand and help manage client risk profile- Ensure effective issue escalation protocol - Drive toward standardization for servicing and operational solutions• Transformational change- Conceive of and implement transformational-scale improvements to global operating model that aligns with the client’s strategy • Operating Model Governance - Lead/attend Client Meetings on Service Level & Client operating Model design - Engage with Board, conduct presentations and host post meeting reviews- Ensure interaction model is cohesive and team is unified
