We are implementing this currently with the aim to share this method with more general practices.

Led a medical device company specializing in groundbreaking healthcare solutions. Successfully introduced EarlySense, a revolutionary early warning system designed to enhance patient safety. The system contactless monitors vital functions 24/7 on low care wards reducing mortality rates and length of stay. Achieved notable industry recognition by winning the Prix Galien Award for Best Medical Technology Innovation in 2019. Expanded the system’s adoption from inception to implementation across multiple hospitals in several European countries.

Founded this company with the vision to introduce Reverse Diabetes2 Now in Europe.Initiated and led the participation in the 2021 European call for the prevention of non-communicable diseases, won the endorsement as the best practice. Secured a subsidy to implement Reverse Diabetes2 Now across 15 EU member states, underlining the project's credibility and impact on public health in Europe.

Responsible for a broad accessibility and reimbursement of Reverse Diabetes2 Now in The Netherlands. Lead in contractmanagement of Dutch health insurers. Reverse Diabetes2 Now is part of Dutch basic care and fully reimbursed.

Voeding Leeft (60 employees) offers an evidence-based lifestyle treatment for people with diabetes (Reverse Diabetes2 Now). Led the marketing and salesteam, successfully growing annual sales through strategic initiatives and effective team management. Directed the strategic route from pilot phase, supported by VGZ, to achieving full national reimbursement. This initiative marked the first treatment for severe diabetes to be fully reimbursed in The Netherlands.Managed comprehensive stakeholder strategies, including high-level engagements and negotiations with key decision-makers across the healthcare ecosystem (e.g. ZIN, Nza, VWS, RIVM, health insurers).
