As an independent advisor, I provide support to companies and organizations that want to or are working with Knowledge or Innovation. I do this by transferring knowledge about these themes, guidance, awareness, support in project development, possibly partner search and research. Results of my input are a better use of knowledge in your organization, a higher return for your innovation activities and projects and better organized projects.

Research task: within ISSO I do research into knowledge, knowledge transfer and innovation and write publications about this themes (see below).Advisory task: development of new research projects and development projects on knowledge, knowledge transfer and innovation for the installation sector. Here, among other things, the developed knowledge from the research task is used. This task is extended with advisory about educational and didactic principles of knowledge transfer.

Coordinating the development of a set of instruments related to the organization theory of Mintzberg. The development is done by students as part of their Master theses. This project is a follow up of my own Master thesis.
