As a Specialist Banking and Insurance I was involved in several temporarily projects in which I carried out operational tasks on the field of credit control, expatriate health insurance and income insurance.

During my trainee period I have been working for Achmea Zorg, where I handled questions about insurance contributions. This often required an analysis of the required and the paid contribution. As an external employee I rapidly got familiar with this process, paid a contribution in improving it and trained it to the internal colleagues.

Utrecht

As a Project Assistant, being part of the Operational Excellence team, I organized continuous improvement workshops (Kaizen) to systematically improve the performance. Next to this, I set up the monthly customer satisfaction survey and the employee satisfaction survey and monitored the response. Furthermore, I was involved in the project for the integration of the personal injury department of ABN AMRO Verzekeringen within Fortis ASR.

Barneveld

During my graduate period at Schaeffler I was involved in the implementation of the Employee Development Dialogue. Based on the input from the employees, managers and customers I defined the required competencies for every position within Schaeffler Nederland B.V. and incorporated these in the Employee Development Dialogue.

Montfoort

During this project I performed a market research for the mirror controls division in order to explore the possibility of entering a new market with their mirror actuator.
