Launch of Planidoo (Brussels, 2014): the start-up 2DS will launch under the umbrella of vtbKultuur the co-creation internet platform Planidoo in November 2014.

vtbKultuur is a non-profit organization aiming at promoting cultural participation through a vast network of volunteers. I was asked by the board of directors to join vtbKultuur to professionalize the internal structure of the organization and to prepare it for the future.

Regional Director of Swets Information Services responsible for the offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Israel, Middle East, Africa and Latin America (Lisse, 2008): I was responsible for a turnover of 214M€ and 187 ftes. I was the general manager of the branch offices and of the support units of the region.

Regional Director of Swets Information Services responsible for the offices in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Italy and the Eastern European markets (Frankfurt, 2005): I was responsible for a turnover of 130M€ and 80 ftes. The market position in the academic market was stabilized and the turnover in the corporate and hospital market increased.

Country manager Spain of Swets Information Services (Barcelona, 2002): I was responsible for a turnover of 29M€ and 18 ftes. As of the middle of 2004 I also took over the management of the Italian office in Milan. The Spanish office returned to profitability and a professional and stable team was established. Swets Spain grew to occupy the second position.

When the EOS RISQ Group decided to group all its Spanish activities into one structure I was appointed CEO of EOS RISQ Espana, reporting to the group CEO in Paris. During this period I concentrated on the following priorities:- The acquisition, after due diligence audits, by EOS RISQ Espana, of the following companies: Alexander Forbes Espana Correduria de.

Start-up of COBREDA Correduria de Reaseguros S.A. (reinsurance broker) (Barcelona, 1991):The compnay was a joint venture with a local Spanish partner. COBREDA reached the 5th position in the ranking of Spanish reinsurance brokers in a period of 8 years and specialized in Employee Benefits-products.I was responsible for the introduction of new Insurance.
