DMCP is the proud facilitator and producer of The Pitch South Africa Short Film competition. The short film competition originated in the United Kingdom and has been running there consecutively for 11 years. The South African competition is nearing its third year, offering talented filmmakers the opportunity to pitch their short film concepts and take it from script to production into post production.DMCP has facilitated and produced, along with the Bible Society of South Africa and Reel Issues Films, three short films that started out as pitches and eventually won the competition.SHORT FILMS:THE SECOND - has been selected to screen internationally at the Hamilton Film Festival in Ontario, Canada as a foreign language film. The Second will also be screening at the 9th Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF) in Lagos, Nigeria!WHITE GOLD (UK) - winner of The Pitch UK, the short film was shot in September 2019 in Johannesburg, South Africa.PHIWO'S DUTY - winner of the third year of The Pitch South Africa, the short film was shot in September 2019 in Cape Town, South Africa.

As a DOP cameraman I shot numerous documentaries over the world, television dramas,sitcoms and seven feature films including two for "Touch Stone Pictures"

At the the SABC I was trained to be a film editor and a focus puller on 16mm film after that I was a film cameraman on 16mm and 35mm.
