During this period, I was responsible for evaluating project specifications, preparing quotes and managing projects from the beginning, including coordinating meetings, procurement, fabrication follow-up, project status reporting and profitability reports. In addition to the review of project quality control documentation including QCP, PQR and WPS, I was tasked with preparing project specific procedures in adherence to client requirements.Tasks included managing the project scope amendments and issuing Variation Orders (VOs), while ensuring adequate QA and conducting general procedure evaluations and improvements. As the Project Engineer, I was responsible for preparing and issuing the engineering pack, compiling the engineering BOM as well as procuring and supplying the specified material for Pressure Vessels and Diving Chambers. In addition to defining critical path activities using the production schedule, I ensured that the production team understood their duties.I actively assisted the Production Team to troubleshoot and find effective solutions in fabrication, while managing relationships with clients regarding concession requests, project scope and delivery. I ensured that projects were correctly closed out after completion in line with client specifications and drawings.

Tasks included coordination of services' drawings and coordination of M&E services inside Technical Buildings along the open route. I was responsible for producing schematics for illustration and presentation purposes. I issued and submitted drawings for Approval, Construction & As Built phases, while using the Document Control system to obtain relevant information. My portfolio included the resolving of queries regarding drawings and layouts as they arise.
