The Technical Secretariat of the Nuclear Power Plant Doel 3, Doel 4 and Waste Building, was responsible for collection, editing and archiving of all Specifications, Plans, Spare Parts Lists and NDO records (RX) of the PWR 900/1000 MW Nuclear Reactors (and its Waste Handling Building) Doel 3 and Doel 4, Belgium. They were, together with Tihange 2 and Tihange 3, the second series of the Belgian Nuclear Reactors ordered to Framatome and Westinghouse. USNRC 10CFR50 App. B Quality Assurance Regulations then just were made mandatory by Belgian Legislation (by lack of national regulations). As the project was -and is- built on severe QA, QC, traceability and reproducibility rules, a Technical Secretariat was installed, working with severe regulations on Nuclear Document Management.
