As a Programme Manager, I provided my technical expertise in nutrition to Grace Sufficient International (GSI) and to African Enterprise International (AEI):1. Grace Sufficient International Inc (GSI) is an International NGO that provides support and assistance to orphans and infected HIV people. • Designed the nutrition department and delivered trainings/talks on balance diet to communities. Through the nutrition Dept, the NGO were able to support 500 families with annual food distribution in 3 counties. • Developed and executed strategic plans to achieve program goals, conducted nutritional assessments and participated in community health initiatives to promote nutrition education and awareness.2. African Enterprise International (AEI) is an international organization that aim to improve livelihoods through faith-based initiatives. • Through its social action department AEI was able to positively impact the health of 3000 peoples living in 4 slums with sensitive nutrition talks/trainings that I delivered. • Collaborated with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients, implemented and oversaw nutrition programs to promote wellness and prevent disease.• To my account a conflict resolution's mission in Congo Rep. that restored trust for a better work environment.

Assigned to the World Food Programme (WFP) Liberia, I directed and led field operations for effective deployment of food assistance programmes:1. Facilitated partnerships with government agencies and local NGOs for community development initiatives. This orchestrated a monthly programme coordination meeting that increased our coverage from 20 to 80 communities.2. Designed the annual work plan in collaboration with national bodies for food assistance, community development, and context-specific transfer modalities (food, cash or vouchers). This increased the assisted schools from 103 to 400 in 3 counties.3. Supervised field monitoring and evaluation activities for nutrition projects (700 staffs) and ensured development of a cohesive and high performing team. 4. Carried out monthly field visits to oversee/support partners' activities, conducted physical inventories, data analysis and reconciliation. 5. Using WFP tools:• Documented all our beneficiaries, provided a credible data analysis and achieved food delivery planned on-time with "scope software".• Assessed accurately the food produced by farmers in 120 communities, the amount of cash distributed to farmers, and the food supplied in 3 counties ("Home Grown School Feeding" - HGSF) with the "school inventory form", • Led teams in conducting needs assessments and developing project proposals for funding.1280 schools and a total of 3400 students are on food assistance programme. • Managed food distribution programs in emergency response operations with the "Cooperating Partner Distribution Report". 50 tons of food supplied were saved compared to previous years.6. Developed and implemented capacity-building training programs for community health workers on balanced food basket and food ration. Provided technical assistance and support to field staff in program planning and implementation.

The Ministry of Agriculture provides leadership in the coordination of programmes to improve food production and food security nationwide. 1. Provided technical assistance to government agencies and NGOs on food security and nutrition programs. The "2018 Comprehensive Food Security and Nutrition Survey" was conducted to assess the state of food security in the country and enabled design specific programme.Contributed to the development of policies and strategies to improve food security and nutrition outcomes. The "national nutrition policy" reviewed and launched under the funding of "Scale Up Nutrition" (SUN/REACH) to improve lives of communities. Designed and implemented food security and nutrition surveys for vulnerable populations. Analyzed data collected from surveys to identify trends and patterns in food insecurity and malnutrition.The "regional joint mission" for markets monitoring to access the price of food commodities and identify affecting factors. This reduced the commodities' price and enabled affordability by communities.2. Conducted trainings on food security and nutrition for communities and local organizations. Trained the local staff to enhance the day-to-day performance on computer (Word, PowerPoint, excel), presentation skills and proposal writing. 3. Collaborated on the "Cadre Harmonize", organized by a Regional Organization "Comite Inter-Etat de Lute contre la Secheresse dans le Sahel" (CILSS), to identify nutrition threats and stress in the West Africa Region to enable countries prevent malnutrition. 4. Evaluated the impact of food security and nutrition interventions on target populations. In 5 communities, 5 cassava processing units were put in place, and 3 research projects concluded on moringa health benefits.5. Developed and maintained relationships with key stakeholders in the food security and nutrition sector. Collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to address food security and nutrition challenges in diverse contexts.

Family Clinic Option focuses on women and babies by providing a follow up on women health, pregnancy, breastfeeding and weaning program. Under my expertise:1. Carried out research on various traditional vegetable's therapeutic use in the management of patients' health and designed an effective diet plan for patients. 1000 patients suffering from various non-communicable diseases recovered. 2. Led a team in developing and implementing nutrition education programs for underserved communities. A "mothers club" of 2000 mothers was created and trained on healthy feeding habits with great impact on their lifestyle and health.3. Managed a caseload of clients to create customized meal plans and provide ongoing support. Organized, Facilitated and delivered group discussions and health talks to corporates on various nutrition topics, including weight management and disease prevention.4. Collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to assess and address clients' nutritional needs. Conducted cooking demonstrations and workshops to promote healthy eating habits.5. Wrote, implemented and coordinated various projects with communities, giving me an experience in community programme design, implementation and management. 6. Kenya Red Cross Society (KRCS), a humanitarian organization, works with communities and most vulnerable groups to prevent and alleviate human suffering and saves lives. They are involved in disaster management (prevention, preparedness, control and response), first aid trainings, health and social services (HIV/AIDS and nutrition), environment, water (public health and sanitation) and capacity development in training, youth and volunteerism. 1. As Head of the Nutrition Department, I supported youth groups to enhance environment and health through 4 youth programmes that I developed and managed and were funded by the KRCS and its development partners. • A monthly tree planting project that yielded a total 12000 trees planted in 10 communities over a period of 2 years with a budget of $1000.• A project to help communities fight soil erosion and improve its quality with natural fertilizers for harvest improvement.• A youth farming project in 5 communities to help generate income and ensure food security. 2000 youths were trained on sustainable agriculture techniques and 300 ha of land provided by the communities to grow cereals and vegetables (greens, tomatoes, onions). The project was implemented with a total budget of $500.000.• A project on HIV infected and elderly people to improve their lifestyle. We trained them on artwork and chicken farming and market development to help sell their products. 10 “elderly homes” were involved with a total of 200 workers. 2. I provided facilitation support to international and national training/conferences as a translator/interpreter assisting French delegates to easily communicate and improve meeting outcomes. 3. Through trainings, discussions and round table meetings, I strengthened linkages with other relevant programmes for maximum impact and optimization of resources. 4. With an improved needs evaluation, I designed a more efficient food distribution plan to slums/communities affected by fire, floods.

SINAPISI (1992) focused on fighting discrimination against people infected/affected by HIV/AIDS and supporting vulnerable people and/or rejected orphans. 1. I proposed new income generating activities. This led to the creation of a fully equipped business complex with more than 30 shops rented to various investors including a gym, a health center, a restaurant and other business. I was able to raise a monthly rental income of $30,000 for the organization while staying on its initial mandate.2. I boosted the fundraising department by writing and implementing various community-based projects with positive impact on beneficiary’s life. Through the support of in-country donors, USAID and other International Organizations I was able to raise additional funds for:• Household Economic Strengthening programme (USAID): focused on early childhood development, food security, child and youth, HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment and care. I secured a 2 years funding project, implemented in 5 communities affecting a total of 1000 youth with a total budget of $100.000 • Innovative project (USAID): focused on availability, increase and access to nutritious foods. The project targeted 10 communities for a period of 1 year with 20,000 beneficiaries (a total budget of $300,000). • Health care model programme (European Union): focused on children (under 15) health improvement and their living conditions in rural areas. This project targeted 10 rural areas with a total of 5000 beneficiaries that saw their health and lifestyle drastically improved.• Through the Global Communities’ program and the farmer field school, I supported 216 Internal Saving and Lending Groups (ISGLs) and trained the farmers in agricultural techniques.

Africa Air Rescue (AAR) health service Ltd in Kenya is the largest private healthcare company in East Africa since 1984. It provides preventative choices/options for innovative and quality curative healthcare solutions to clients from all walks of life. 1. I managed nutrition programmes in various branches of AAR hospital by collection information on lifestyle diseases, strategy implementation and programme assessment for efficiency and effectiveness.2. I worked closely with many companies involved in baby feeding formula with a focus on the 1000 days (NESTLE, DANONE, NAN), baby friendly immunization, baby food fortification and pharmaceuticals (GSK). I introduced a new balanced baby formula with more target on specific health issues. This improved more than 2000 families’ health.3. I put in place a monthly patients’ feedback form to monitor, evaluate and analyse the impact of various developed programmes. With this information, I assessed challenges and provided suggestions to management. More than 20,000 patients were assisted.

The “Unite Beninoise de Transformation Alimentaire” (UBETA) was specialized in the production of baby formula: “RIMALAIT” (Riz-Mais-Lait) and “CERESO” (Cereal-Sorgho) using basic, most available and affordable food elements like rice, maize, milk, peanuts. 1. I designed a new baby formula, using a new processing technology the “extruder”, that was tested and approved for commercialization at a national level to improve baby’s health. This increased the processing unit’s capacity to prepare formulas and their monthly sales turn over increased from 10.000 cans to 70.000 cans. 2. I shared relevant knowledge with donors and media, creating an awareness of our products and therefore improving the marketing department.3. I set up a monitoring/evaluation system to increase unit performance and monitor changes. I reviewed research project concept papers for resource mobilization with in-country donors.4. I trained farmers, youth/women groups in various processing steps and contributed to the advocacy work of the Unit. I provided technical knowledge to production chains (raising quality of the final product), and to packaging and conditioning units.

Songhai was specialized in the implementation of the “zero emission” concept based on the use of waste to increase availability of well-balanced diets in the poorest families. The impact was reduced environmental side effects, improved child and maternal development. 1. I provided technical advisory support to various food processing industries (juices, bakery products, porridge) and supply among vulnerable families. This increased access to well-balanced affordable diets in 5 communities and 500 vulnerable families.2. I organized training, workshops and capacity development for youth, women groups, farming communities and smallholder farmers to improve skills in marketing and agricultural business development. 3. With the field team, I increased program performance and culinary demonstration programs in numerous rural areas for poverty alleviation in 4 communities. A total of 500 families were targeted and trained. 4. With my surveys/ data analysis and report writing, I tracked programme impact at smallholder farmer level and identified/designed activities responding to the needs of farming communities. This built a business linkage amongst farmers and other potential markets (caterers, ministry of health, and other food processing units).

With various development partners, mainly “United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)”, our programmes provided a balanced nutrition in rural areas. 1. Through Japanese funding, the “United Nation Development Programme (UNDP)” developed a project that I coordinated in 4 rural remote communities assisting them to increase their access to basic needs (water, school, food and health care). This improved the cross-cutting character of development and health issues in humanitarian settings.2. I developed and managed a grass-roots credit programme to help women groups increase revenues and capacity to access basic balanced food for their families. This built capacity of local organizations in rural areas (USAID programme).3. I trained various stakeholders on gender and nutrition to help recognize women’s rights to food security and their role in food distribution processes/activities. I represented the NGO in national/regional meetings and assisted the NGO in budget preparation, purchase processes, financial reporting, monitoring and evaluation, organization of South-South cooperation, report and communication on development.
