Management of IT projects for the company wide standardization and optimization of manual order taking. Responsible for the new system and application architecture of an iPAD App and a web shop including its integration into SAP.Complete the defined business framework; exploit all technical means while considering trend scenarios for both innovative and global standardized systems.

SAP SD Implementation in 8 West European Countries • Build up a culture of trustful and reliable cooperation with external off shore vendor teams in order to deliver significant scope on time and within budget. • Overcome cultural and communication hurdles within large project teams from diverging cultures and time zones.
