I advised organizations on Business & IT Transformation, Project, Program & Portfolio Management, Process Improvement, IT Governance, IT Reorganization and Enterprise Architecture. I also has a track record as a program & project manager of various complex international projects in Financial Services, Utilities, Government and Logistics sector.At Altran Belgium & Luxemburg, I was Practice Leader on Operational Excellence, assigned to the Altran division Financial Services, Government & Utilities. I managed a team responsible for the elaboration of the service offering, offers, pre-sales support, training and project support. I successfully completed advisory assignments in process improvement of program & project management practice and managed programs and projects at ING, Gtech, National Lottery.Until 2011, I was a board member of DCE Consultants Belgium, responsible for internal project portfolio management and service development. I assisted as change agent at the integration of DCE Consultants Belgium within the Altran group. Furthermore, I was Practice Leader on IT Management, focusing on advisory assignments in IT Governance, IT Organization, Enterprise Architecture, package selection and implementation. I successfully completed projects at ING, Ethias, Dela, Univé, Electrabel, Elia, Fedict, Ministry of Flemish Community, ...I started my career in 1989 after I qualified as a Master in Sciences, specialization Biotechnology. I worked as an analyst/programmer at a system integrator developing ERP applications for midrange systems. Six years later, after completing my studies of Master of Science in Information Management, I became IT project coordinator at an Antwerp stevedoring company. Two years later I became IT Manager, responsible for the IT organization of all Branch offices.
