Responsible for the Product Management & Product Marketing Division, first a European department and later a global department of Tele Atlas. The main responsibilities and tasks of this division were the conception of new product ideas, the decision process for new products, business cases, planning & production allocation, product marketing, product strategy, product roadmap and pricing. During this period I was also a member of the European Management Team.

During 2,5 years I was responsible for several large international accounts in several regions, mostly UK, Scandinavia and USA, and I managed to obtain and exceed my budget objectives every year. As a final assignment in this period I have worked on the integration of a digital map supplier we acquired in USA, including the transfer of all sales responsibilities. In order to do so, I lived and worked in San Francisco for 6 months.

Responsible for the distribution channel in UK and in particular for the relationship with the importer in UK and the achievement of their objectives, as well as implementation of Toyota global and european strategy in the UK.

European responsibility for sales planning, sales forecasting and production planning and –allocation.

Quatech NV. was a small Belgian company specialized in sealing materials for pumps and pipelines, focused on the chemical industry. I held the position of Account Manager for the Brussels region.
