As a professional diversity trainer/facilitator (independent contractor) since the early ‘90s, I have helped many teams and individuals respond honestly and effectively when confronting divisive cultural issues. With 20 years experience in conflict resolution and dialogue, I find myself especially and gladly drawn to engaging the stickier issues and questions of diversity that linger as the legacy of sexism, racism, homophobia, etc.I also work with my wife, Jane, as called through our partnership, to heal gender-related wounds between and among women and men through our program "Evolutionary Partnership/Women & Men."My intention is to apply my facilitation and community building experience—along with my developing skills in videography and documentary photography—as an employee of an organization that strives to make a positive difference in the world.Specialties: Involving white men in addressing diversity issues in ways they find personally compelling, and meaningful. Creating short videos that capture the spirit and essence of what is important to those I am profiling.
