Synchronizes and integrates Army strategies and force management initiatives and resources with HQDA, ARCYBER, NETCOM, PEOs, USPACOM, USARPAC, TRADOC & CCoE, FORSCOM, OCAR, USARC, USFK, EUSA, 79RRSC & 311ESC and subordinate commands 1st Sig Bde and 516th Sig Bde, as well as, Mission Partner Environment assets, and Joint and Coalition forces. SME and FM Action Officer for USAR structure to include AGR & MilTech staffing and aligned forces. Developed the command's Org&Staff Functions Reg. Prepares FM Command Budget Estimates (CBE). fiscal expenditures. Graduate Executive Defense RM Crs. Maintains a security clearance.
