I am a life coach, trainer, author, and inspirational speaker. My premise is “Everything happens in relationship,” and that relationship should be understood first as spiritual, followed by intra-personal, then as public. The core elements of relationship, acknowledgment, acceptance, communication, and trust are present spiritually, intra-personally and publicly. Understanding them and how to apply them is the sharpest and most sustaining way to live your best life. This is true for the individual and for teams and groups of people. I have spent many years working in corporate offices educating myself from draftsman and C.A.D.D. operator to Vice President of sales and operations. For over twenty years I have served as Pastor, drug and rehabilitation counselor, marriage counselor, and the leader of several personal health groups. In this, I have determined that a satisfying purposeful life is not achieved merely through systems and techniques or solely through religion and dogma but is grounded in effective relationship. Everything happens in relationship. My experience and continued education led to the publication of two books and the development of “Principle Living,” a flagship program that has changed the lives of many people and the effectiveness of many teams and groups. Because we are spiritual, cognitive and emotional beings, my confidential services are grounded in the effect of practical application of spiritual awareness.
