Developing solutions for product applications. Responsible for identifying key selling points for our products within the US, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, and the Caribbean markets. FETI: providing technical product selection and application support to internal and external customers and understand requirements for challenging applications. Developing solutions for challenging applications in compliance with industry codes and standards. Presenting product training virtually or conducting product training for both customers and our rep partners at our Education Center.

Conducted market studies to develop new sales channels in Mexico and Latin America. Provided content for development and updating of product literature in Spanish.

Recognized sales opportunities as they relate to specific projects. Developing and building relationships with our international sales reps, contractors, and customers. Working with engineering to manage the order process by insuring manufacturing is provided with accurate information to build and ship product within a timely manner.

Reviewed open customer orders to efficiently meet the customer shipping schedule and satisfy the requested ship dates. Provided tracking and shipping history information to customers on request.
