Sue Slate served as the GPS and Printed Route Planner of the 2016, cross-country Sisters Centennial Ride honoring the 100th Anniversary of Augusta and Adeline Van Buren cross country ride. They were the first females to do this, each piloting their own motorcycles. Presently Sue is certified to teach the Beginner Riding Clinic with plans to become both an Intermediate and Advanced Riding Clinics as well.Gin is taking the Total Control Beginner Riding Clinic Instructor Course in April, 2019.

We provide riders instruction utilizing the Motorcycle Safety Foundations Basic Ride Course, Basic Rider Course 2 the 3-Wheel Basic Rider Course Curriculums. We are also DMV Certified Motorcycle Instructors and provide private and small group lessons on behalf of MSS.

As members of the ROK Team, we provided a clubhouse atmosphere for our riders at outdoor events. Doing so also provides us with opportunities to create rides and other motorcycle related club activities for our riders as well as keeping our members up to date as to all of their member benefits. We take both joy and pride in offering a friendly atmosphere which allows ROK members to get to know each other and develop life long friendships.

Our responsibilities include teaching Motorcycle Safety Foundation Basic Rider Courses, Introduction to Motorcycling Experience and the Experienced Ride Course. Additionally, we provide private lesson to individuals and small groups as New York State DMV Motorcycle Instructors. Our other duties include motorcycle maintence of the MSS motorcycles used for instruction at the three Western New York MSS training sites.
