This is the EMEA HQ for an audio visual solutions provider based in California. The UK/Ireland region is consistently in one of the top spots in Europe. My contribution to this result was realized through a primary focus on our key dealers serving global corporate and government clients. I was committed to supporting these customers which was evidenced in the trusting relationships I developed. I liaised with field sales and technical team members to provide the best solutions and sales support for our customers. Also, I enjoyed hosting customer training sessions and other company events where I was able to meet people whom I mostly supported through email and telephone communication – further developing the established relationships. I have been honored to meet people from various countries, both my customers in this and previous roles - plus my lovely colleagues at Extron. They are from all over Europe and beyond. It's wonderful to learn about cultures, customs and of course the important words in many different languages.

Recruited to join this small but growing company with primary focus on improving customer and sales support along with general office operations. This meant a relocation from east to west coast. I managed a team of people whom included sales support, order processing and technical support. Additionally helped develop and manage sales promotion schemes which resulted in a 30% increase in sales for key products. Through my efforts I had developed strong relationships with customers around the globe.As a result, when the role of International Sales Manager opened up I was offered the position. In this role I managed and supported the global sales distribution network. This included realizing sales targets established together, hosting global exhibitions and focusing on key potential clients. Together with my colleagues we developed training programs for dealer sales and service staff.
