- Partner with Field and Store leaders to identify compliance opportunities in the areas of Front Store, Pharmacy, Human Resources based on city, state, and governing regulatory agency guidelines and serve as a resource through the development of effective, root cause based action plans.- Independently review Ethics Line cases by conducting investigations on topics including conflict of interest, health, safety, and environmental concern or violation, and work with Field Leaders and Corporate partners to resolve.- Impact and resolve global compliance opportunities by providing data, feedback, and process improvement suggestions to Operational teams as well as to Field and Regional Leaders.- Partner with Corporate and Field support to address instances of noncompliance that require self reporting or cannot be remediate, mainly in the areas of regulatory compliance with DEA and BOP standards.

- Focus on premier audit clients and retention clients through effective use of reporting and analytics such as PEAR reports and FWA reports. Continued focus on performance clients by achieving the quantity of audits to meet and exceed client expectations and department goals.- Conduct on-site audits in an openly hostile environment while adhering to state audit laws and department guidelines. Audit for prescription accuracy, FWA, audit shelf stock/invoices, and audit for compliance with all federal and state laws and board of pharmacy regulations.-Facilitate exit interviews to inform responsible parties of all audit findings while providing tools, resources, and guidance to prevent reoccurring issues going forward.- Send detailed reports of findings for each audit along with recommendations for corrective action plans, chargebacks, and/or further investigation.

- Facilitate training and enhance skills and abilities for colleagues at all levels of the business for the New York City region with a strong emphasis on on-boarding, pharmacy training, and management development courses.- Partner with regional field leaders to keep all areas of the business aligned with the organization’s long term development goals while pursuing short term initiatives.- Conduct store visits, root cause analysis, provide coaching and feedback. Work with training coaches to strengthen their abilities, aligning them to provide better on-the-job training for learners.- Hold meetings to reinforce service and train our store leaders on coaching their teams to deliver results that exceed expectations.
