Prior to joining American Realty Advisors, Ms. Scott was with Goldrich & Kest overseeing their 12 million square foot commercial portfolio valued at nearly $1 billion. She has held the position of Asset Manager with DEXUS Property Group where she was responsible for maximizing returns through effective strategy execution over the Los Angeles, Seattle and San Diego portfolio totaling 3 million square feet of industrial assets valued at $275 million. Prior to DEXUS, she was with The Koll Company for 7 years. She was responsible for implementing the operational strategy for assets within the portfolio’s Western Region (consisting of 15 properties located Southern California, totaling 3.2 million square feet and valued at approximately $480 million) focusing on adding value and exceeding the investment objectives for each asset under management. Additionally, she was responsible for facilitating acquisitions within her region. Ms. Scott has extensive experience in asset management, leasing and acquisitions of diverse product types and has worked for other notable companies such as Birtcher and Segerstrom. She holds Certified Property Manager and Real Property Administrator designations, bachelor’s degree from the University of Redlands and is a LEED Green Associate.
