Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV (abbreviated as AB InBev) is a multinational drink and brewing company based in Leuven, Belgium. For 11 months, I was responsible for AB-Inbev's Real Estate assets for Namur, Hainaut and Brabant Walloon provinces. My tasks were: - Maintenance, contract negotiation, searching and making new strategic leases in Urban City Center Hot-Zones ; - Develop à real estate network with partners and investors ; - Negotiate and determine the commercial conditions of rent contract (rent -pas de porte - concept - trader intervention); - Trading Sales/Legal/R.E. on a financial point of view - businessplan and selection of the final candidate ; - Be responsible for signing contracts with landlords and subtenants ;- Ordering and follow up InBev's work with suppliers ; - Managing the CAPEX and OPEX budget ;- Making the legal decisions supporting by lawyers; - Point of contact with different type of landlords as public authorities, B2B & B2C clients for the commercial relationships (expropriation, urban breach, expertise,...).
