We look to accomplish this by creating a database of recorded interviews available to anyone with access to the internet. I work shifts in Schine Student Center and Goldstein Student Center. I provide customer service, both on the phone and in person. I handle emergency situations, disturbances, and alarms within the buildings. Immediately notify proper professional staff. I open and close Schine Student Center and Goldstein Student Center. Open and close spaces within the buildings according to the daily event schedule. I provide knowledge of Information desk areas, including bulletin boards, kiosks and information resources. I provide an advanced understanding of the University, particularly buildings and offices. I attend all staff workshops, fall/spring orientations and Communication, Appearance and Problem Solving (CAPS) workshops.

I engaged with EY professionals and gained valuable knowledge about EY’s work environment and professional development opportunities. I accumulated more than 3300 points in the EY Challenges. I advanced into the Advanced Level in EY Challenges. I attended EY virtual events learning about many aspects of being a consultant professional.

I created a consulting business plan using a given case study while leading the team. I analyzed given data and real-world market of the industry to produce situational Analysis using Microsoft Excel. I guided the team to reach milestones in a timely manner by effectively communicating and drove team members to achieve beyond the requirements. I networked with Deloitte employees and gained insight into Deloitte’s work culture.
