From creating the bulletin flow to writing pre & post match reports to moderating TV debates, editing stories and analysis with experts. Also spearheaded the golf and fitness TV segments.REPORTER• 1000 plus sports stories for NDTV over the years with a special focus onHuman Interest features in Sport, women centric issues and sports development in India.• Interviewed some of the world’s biggest sports personalities like Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, MS Dhoni, Gary Player, Sunil Gavaskar• NDTV’s prime golf specialist, having coveredover 50 international golf tournaments in India and outside. Helped spearhead golf reporting into mainstream Indian sports media coverage with a focus on ‘Against the Odds’ success stories like those of Shubham Jaglan, Rashid Khan and SSP Chawrasia.SPECIAL PROJECTS• Spearheaded the NDTV-Nirmal ‘Marks for Sports’ campaign for 3 years from 2010-13alongside my news and sports bulletins. Part of NDTV’s social initiative, this anti-obesity campaign aimed at bringing a policy change to make sports a part of school curriculums.
