Rolling out GS1 as part of building IT capability to sync data on real-time basis. Executing daily operations with depos (JIT) and the stores, providing resolution to the day to day flow of business, have better fill-rates and higher in-stocks on shelves (visibility on shelf), FR & OTIF. Driving projects like CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) with Walmart, to address the Fill-Rate losses. Establishing Inventory Modelling project with the customer to reduce on the DOH (days on hand) of inventory and enabling better rotation of working capital resulting in improved profitability by 0.2% (savings <35000 USD). Analysis of the Fill-rates for the portfolio to identify the losses. Driving the project of Direct Despatches from factory to store across various locations of Haldia, Bhuj, Pitampura (Indore) across accounts of Reliance, Metro and Walmart CNC businesses.
